I thought I wouldn't comment, but 30:57 really makes me want to say something That great area, great front yard. And then that house. From the outside, it looks like someone who never designed a house had free time and some crayons. And from the inside, sure, you have space on ground floor. But there's only two rooms above? And you walk in and step right into the kitchen? If you have a house that big, then surely you can afford to have an impressive foyer? What about the window in third floor we saw outside? Is that purely cosmetic? Why only one bathroom for a house that size? Not that you need more, given that it's essentially all ground floor, but where does all that space go? It's like whoever owned that before you let their toddler design a home and then they ran out of funding halfway through so they slapped a roof on what they managed to get done 46:46 Amazing pro moves

Al lot of houses in the US have that fake window believe it or not. My neighbors have one like that but its above the stairs going up and lets in light. No Room attached to it. The pro moves were short lived and very over hyped in fact

Despite it being a rather disappointing house, 25k is an incredible bargain. Perhaps it isn't an option in this game, but you would be able to expand and modify your home if you actually did buy it
