M iocl m 3 saal kaam kr k chodha hu and ntpc join kiya hu and i think ye mra best decision hai.... Iocl chalaaaawa hai.... 2020 m 101 log ese thodi resign kiye iocl se.... ... @@KumarShantanu-b3bdepends totally upon your interest. Getting IISC aint easy, every aspirant thrives for top most colleges. Getting into such prestigious institution will open a lot of opportunities for you whereas PSUs are also good in terms of salary in initial years but very slow growth compared to what you are getting from IISC.

@@KumarShantanu-b3byou’ll able to use your knowledge, skills in IISC and also contribute to world of science, obviously you’ll get well paid also but according to almost 99% of people who left psu they felt boring and working like robot. No use of your studies, hardwork you have done in your btech. One is entitled to do one kind of duty only over the months, years. Hope this clears your point

3-4 din mein NOC mil gaya, Thats so impressive. I was in HAL, I have written State Exam before joining HAL, but for interview HAL denied me NOC.

Work life balance chahiye to NTPC or IOCL me se kisko chunna chahiye? Mujhe ek friend (Marketing division) se IOCL ka pata chala ki rotating shift job hai. Sunday pe aap bahar jaa nahi sakte aur actually holiday jaisa lagta bhi nahi. Bahut hectic life hai. Marketing me technical kuch hai nahi to kuch time baad bore ho jayega aur koi khaas growth bhi nahi. Please koi NTPC ka share kare.
