London is no where near cold enough to host the Winter Olympics. In the winter, the coldest it gets is -1/-5 (usually -2). In the summer weather can get to 38°c. Basically, London will never host winter games. Scotland could, but I doubt it, as it’s not really cold enough there either unless you’re in the highlands, most of which is just hills & mountains
