5:05 is iodine solution used as titrant?

Here some points are confusing about the use of indicator, starch-iodine complex is breaking down that means blue colour formed is disappearing, at the end point starch is there in conical flask, std iodine solution is also there which can form the blue colour n absence of reducing agent will not break that bond

Bro u said that starch is to be added to standard iodine solution but it (standard iodine solution)is present as titrant(present in burett) how it is possible
