There was a little girl that suddenly ran up to me screaming mommy. Granted I was 16 at the time, (I didnt look it though. I looked older) This was at skate country. I was confused, clearly not my little girl. This girl was Asian and I'm white. But when a man walked up he asked if I was the mother. The little girl was literally hiding behind my legs away from this guy. So I knew he couldn't have been dad. I picked up the girl and held her close. I walked away with the girl trying to find staff or her mother. The girl said she didnt know where mommy was and that man was trying to take her away. I let the staff know what had happened and I sat with the girl. I got her some pizza, a drink and I just kept a sharp eye out. The hysterical mother was brought to us and she just lost it. The thanks yous I got and everything. You know, you dont have to be a adult to do something. To know when something is wrong. If I had not pretended I was just a teen mother for this girl, who knows what would have happened. I now am a mother and have a 3 year old son. He is NEVER out of my sight.

My name is Daria and I'm a survivor of human trafficking and sexual assault . I was 16 years old . I was trafficked by my own uncle who is a drug dealer and sex trafficker. I didn't know that he did that at first . He is close to my mom so I automatically trusted him. Which was a HUGE MISTAKE! I met him the first time when I was 16, I was at my cousins wedding. Then at the wedding boys and men were calling me " very pretty ", " Beautiful" and stunning , perfect , etc. I am from a town where there's a lot of gay people so I'm not used to this attention. Anyway at the wedding I was hanging out with my uncle and his girlfriend. They both set me up . His girlfriend offered me a drink I asked is there alcohol in this ? She said yes I told her I couldn't I'm only 16. She was shocked and surprised. I guess she thought I looked and was older. Well peer pressure isn't easy to stand up for especially if your young and adults are peer pressure you . They pressured me to do drugs and alcohol. After doing it for a while I started seeing weird things . When I looked everything was blurry. I couldn't walk straight or think straight . I felt dizzy and tired . I felt like I was gonna pass out. My Uncle started introducing me to one of his "friends". He and his girlfriend told me he was 20. I shook his hand he looked and smiled and he told me " your very pretty " He made me drunk and to make me think that I thought he was 20. If I wasn't drunk or drugged I would definitely know that he's older . He was 48 years old , married , has ,kids . So we went the photo booth a bunch of us for wedding pictures . And the man he started touching me sexually . I thought that he was gay or just really drunk. I got a tour of my aunts house by my uncle , my uncles girlfriend, and the man who was sexually touching me . The house is so HUGE like its a mansion it's awesome. Anyway at the tour my uncle took me to this bedroom . The man got into bed with me . My uncle forced me . The man started putting his fingers in my hair chuckling and smiling playing with my hair . My uncle and his girlfriend were in bed with us also I then said "ok which one of you freaks is petting my hair , my uncles girlfriend was next to me she said its me doing it. I turned and said I'm glad it wasn't you cause no offense to the man he then smiled and started to chuckle . The man started sexually touching me and grabbing me sexually. Underneath my dress . My uncle gave me a drink I swallowed a pill it was a drug then I passed out. I woke up I was not at my aunts I was in some kind of motel and I was chained to a bed . I was in the arms of the man and he sexually assaulted me. He smiled when he did it. My uncle had a gun to my head and he told me to smile when you get raped. How the hell can You smile when You get raped?!! I looked at the mans ring . Your married why are you doing this?!! You have a wife and family why the hell are you doing this to me?!! He acted like he didn't care if he was married which made it very sick and fucked up. He said I don't care your more beautiful than my wife . I love you Fuck with me. After he raped me repeatedly he got up and he was giving my uncle money . Then thats when I finally realized I'm being trafficked aren't I? My uncle yelled no fucking shit oh my god you need to fucking stop hanging out and volunteering with your god damn student council!!! That's why your weak and people make fun and bully you . You should have committed suicide when you had the chance why didn't you ?!! I was in tears after he said that . I then said student council helped me be a better person I'm not weak I'm strong !! I didn't commit suicide because People in the council helped me realize that suicide is not the answer Student council helped me get involved more and help other people because that's what a leader is . My uncle got pissed and very angry he grabbed my neck started hitting me your weak and useless in the world your just an innocent young pretty gullible girl who men enjoy fucking . Student council made you this way And I'm not gonna have a niece who hangs out with people from their kind . Why do you not like student council people. He said they don't get any where in life they don't give a fuck about anyone or anything. They don't give a fuck about you . There probably at home right now saying Daria is so fucking weak people take advantage of her . Now I don't want you doing student council anymore you understand?!! Anyway your going to be working as a prostitute having sex everyday and doing exactly as I tell you! The rules are simple you smile look pretty act like you love it . Cause if you act like you love it , then I will get paid more money which I will be very pleased with . If you get pissed or fight back , scream and I will know if you did because with you the whole time making sure your not going to stand out of line and if you do even by a little I will take this gun and fucking kill you!!! You understand my rules ? I nod and say yes . My uncle said good well go get some rest . I was trafficked the entire summer . Of being drugged , drinking alcohol and being raped and beat up repeatedly over and over again. I was chained to a bed my uncle stood next to me had a gun to my head and smiled. When men came in raped me then they paid my uncle . I asked him why are you doing this to me ?!! He then said I need money to buy drugs I have a serious drug problem. I said then you need help it can kill you. He said I don't Fucking care and I don't want any help and I don't need any fucking help. After 3 entire months of this hell roller coaster!! I was finally rescued by a human trafficking rescue organization. I learned 5 things 1. I am strong and beautiful no matter what 2. Don't do drugs and alcohol 3. Be very careful who you trust someone in my own family did this to me 4. When someone grabs you or touches you in a way you don't like you immediately have the right to Fight back 5. I don't gonna let anyone peer pressure me anymore My name is Daria I am 17 years old and I am a sexual assault and human trafficking survivor thank you Be strong be beautiful be bright . Cause of this experience I have panic and anxiety attacks and I have a service dog . I don't do student council anymore I don't enjoy or like it anymore because of this . To this day I still feel like it's my fault , I still feel weak . I am strong though thank you 👏🏻👏🏻💕💕😊😊👍🏻👍🏻⭐️⭐️😀😀😄😄😇😇🙏🏻🙏🏻😸😸😸😺😺😊😊😊😊😊😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don’t rape or kidnap people. Good thing that apparently trump is doing something about it. I’m glad you’re okay. One time I was walking home and this Asian guy stop and was so close to me with his car I look and was like what the heck and told him do I know you? And he said no. I’m like why are you following me and he said just cause.. so I said this guy may be a kidnapper so what I did was since every time I try to make a move he would make the same move. I ducked down where he couldn’t see me since there was a car park and I went back and took of running as fast as I could. Idk didn’t know they guy. In 2009, a friend came to his house and invited him to work in Baaku for 2 months and that they will have a 4 star hotel room with internet and work at a safe construction site that was approved. When they get there, their passports were taken and they were in a room with 4 beds and a bathroom with no door. There was 20 of them. When they asked the boss why is it like that he said it was temporarily. They were promised 6000 dollars each. They worked for 4 years, with no contact with their families. After 4 years, they were all paid 500 bucks. They were also molested, one was beaten to death and they reported it as an accident on the construction site. They were taken to the airport with their passports and were taken back home. The ceo of that company was arrested in 2015, a year after the workers reported it all.

They begin with a local harrasser or bully. They then also add a good person of trust to the victim. They begin to groom the victim into the situation. They then begin to unfold a horror story to the victim. They begin to have peripheral conversations about the victims life to grab the victims attention, then they throwe in the horror story and threats. The victim is suddenly in a threat of being abducted or possibly murdered, but can't report because of fear. Also because they don't have evidence to report. When the victim does report they open a psychiatric case with the local psychiatric Doctor or clinic. To discredit the victim and begin to cover up the whole threat. Victim ends up loosing their career and life either way. That's how much of a threat this is. If anyone ever is victimized. Fight back no matter what. Fight back for all victims.

When I was 4 I was outside around 10am playing outside by myself in Huntington beach and this van stopped 2 grown men got out and rushed me trying to capture me. They came fast from different sides, R and L with the van to my front and I was paralyzed with fear but at the last second I jumped causing them to collide with each other and one fell. I ran like a bat out of hell while crying towards my house and when I looked back, I could see them getting into the car, they speed off away. I never told my parents and never played outside again my whole childhood.

I think I was like 13 walking home and the Asian man with a car stop next to me and was riding slow and I walk faster and he press the gas a little more then I asked what?? He said nothing. Then I just pretended to go front and went running back cross the streets and ran like a cheetah

You might never be a victim, but unfortunately we all support human trafficking one way or another. If you buy Chinese food at a restaurant you are supporting the slavery of the cooks, dishwashers who were tricked from a foreign country and they got shipped here by a boat. If you buy T-shirts at a dept store like Target, you are supporting labor trafficking if the T-shirt was made in Haiti or China. The 14 year old boy in this video is an example of how he could have been making the T-shirt you bought. Or if you are a smoker, there are slaves who are required to make 2,000 cigarettes a day in 14 hours. if they fall below the quota they get whipped. So we support slavery in one way or another. This really sucks. I wish there was a method to end slavery.

trafficking is such a widespread issue and it is so diverse with each case being very different so there is no one way to "stop" it. The first way to help though is understanding trafficking is a domestic issue, not just an international one, and knowing the warning signs of trafficking. In teenagers with sex trafficking, red flags can be like seeing a tattoo on a minor (often traffickers will brand their victims with tattoos as a sign of ownership), signs of domestic violence, a sudden display of wealth that they never had before, having an older "boyfriend", and other such signs. Then, depending on the profession you go into, you can help in different ways. The two key ways to do something is do your research and know about the issue, and don't ignore labor trafficking because so many organizations just focus on sex trafficking. And also, if you see something, say something.

Y'all a seemingly nice woman approached me at the mall today and started talking to me out of nowhere and was promising me mentorship and a job to make a ton of money and was like, "ya lets meet up for coffee. You can meet my mentor and everything!" She was asking about my age, name, where I lived, even my phone number. I didn't know this lady and she came out of the blue while I was just trying on shoes. I suspected she was but I realize now she was likely a human trafficker after watching this video
