Sir due to hospitalization I have started my study now which chapter should I study please help me

Do the chapters which have max weightage, if you are good at organic part and you think you can cope with it do organic part plus thermodynamics, Electrochemistry, elements of group.., transition and inner transition that should be enough to get 50+ If you are dicey with organic part then do all physical Chem chps plus halogen derivatives (can skip one or two from physical with low weightage) that will too get you 50+
