Why (OH) is termed as hydroxyl Not hydroxide? ,

Actually, it has to do with organic chemistry. In organic chemistry, there are groups, where OH - is called hydroxyl group not an anion. However, in physical chemistry, it is referred to as hydroxide ion not a group. I have no clue why people jumble up these two completely different notions.
