I actually look up his videos every time because I've had a couple of updates that have caused me a lot of frustration. Benchmark performance and real world performance can be different, but I think his videos are unique and help a lot of people.

God damn NO. Don't update because you will not able to roll back. My brand new iPhone 13 got battery drain much faster after update. I would say it is 30% less than iOs 16. If I knew that I would never update my device.
