I have been passed down previous generations of iphones since the 5s, the only series I've never received were a 7 or 8 series; I still own the 12mini, 13ProMax and just bought the SE3 a couple of weeks ago for a decent deal. I had a XsMax, never the Xr, but the most aesthetically pleasing rear layout of all iphones has to either be the 6sPlus or SE3 & SE2/8/7/6s by extension. The vertical layout of the rear cam/mic/led on arguably the other best looking iphone, the Xr, actually looks weird when taking wardrobe pics off of a bathroom mirror, held vertically it looks overempowering that everything is layed out top to bottom, same goes when you see someone taking a group pic for you, everything in horizontal layout looks displeasing from a distance. Otoh, the SE3 has a nice balance to its aesthetics; held horizontally the cam/mic/led stands vertically to balance out the phone's landscape positioning; held vertically the same cam/mic/led on a horizontal orientation balances out the phone's vertical lines. Oh, and it'd be perfect if apple just had a basic model with a rear ultrawide lens to do wide & ultrawide shots, I don't really see a need for telephoto on a single rear cam iphone, but many instances where an ultrawide would've made pics easier to take. Both in common between Xr and SE3 is that they're both aesthetically pleasing because of the single rear cam layouts, the SE3 was just better thought out imo.

I love this model. This works great for someone who doesn’t use social media or play games & just checks emails, messages and uses navigation. iOS 17 looks great on the SE.

That's me , I get 2 days between charges, the standby time is awesome on the SE 3. It still usually has close to 50% when I charge it also, could easily probably get 3 days with my usage.

I was using my se 2022 solely for MFA for one year, and just reuse it as daily driver. Man how I love small phone. SE with Ios17 somehow feels premium

@@fernagiu I use this phone only for texting, browsing, banking and casual youtube. I only notice heat issue when watching youtube while charging. I think this is same for all phone; regardless ios or android

@@charlescabbage2933 For me myself, battery life is quite good. I am not using it for gaming at all, and I am not using 5G. Battery can hold from 7am to 3pm. I only use it for KZbin, making/receiving call (rarely), WhatsApp. Even when the battery drop low, it charges quite fast because of the small battery capacity.

If people can see your phone, the voicemail transcription just shows a message, that might well be private, to anyone around who can read your screen. Maybe there are options not to show the text, but Apple seems intent on hanging your laundry (!) out in public with alot of its functionality.

About 5-7 screen on time depending on whatt you’re doing,brightness, 5g, etc. charges quick with the cable. Great phone. I went from the 13 mini to the 14 PM to the regular 14 to this 😂. Still have the 14 but the lady is test driving iOS with it. I never had an older iPhone so this form factor is new to me. I like it so far
