After installing 18.1.1 the phone ran hotter than usual. The new password app seems to be the problem. After deleting it the phone ran cooler. That was the good news. The bad news, all user ID's and passwords had to be retyped.

I have the iPhone 15 pro max, I was not going to update the IOS 18.1.1 but my iPhone was lagging on any type of use on my phone, So i had nothing to lose, but now my iPhone is up to part on just typing A text, It was soo much hesitation on ios 18 So if this helps someone, This what it did for me.

k tbh i don't think we needed that control center redesign. if anything they should've js kept the older style but still give u the option to resize everything yk? like the new circle icons js look off and out of place and i feel they could've squared them off but round off the corners slightly like they did with the other square icons in control center yk? but that's js me

Do not update, my phone screen is frozen even after forced restart and reseting my data which i didnt have backup it didnt work and now they are saying its hardware issue

Suggested by many other youtubers to update only after your phone is fully charged to avoid green screen issue Btw I'm still on ios 17(17.7.2) on iPhone 13 it's working great not gonna risk it to ios 18 till the stable version is available Do share your experience if it's good then I'll also consider to update on ios 18.1.1✌🏼✌🏼
