I really don't understand why you can't turn off wifi and bluetooth in the control center. (You need to turn it off fully in the settings) It annoys me for years!

I bought an iPhone 13 a few days ago, and after updating to iOS 18.3, I started experiencing some serious issues. There was noticeable keyboard lag, app delays, freezing on the home screen, and I had to force reset my phone every 20 minutes. I was really worried that the store had sold me a faulty iPhone. However, it turns out the problem might have been with iOS all along. Out of nowhere, everything started working perfectly, and I've also noticed a significant improvement in battery life (currently at 89%).

iOS 18.3 for me seems fairly stable and battery is pretty average on my 13 pro. Also have not had any bugs or problems which is really amazing. Thanks Aaron, great video and I look forward to iOS 18.4 to get the last changes for apple intelligence, as we go towards iOS 19!

I found a fix for the wallpaper saturation bug. I find that if you get the bug, switch to a new wallpaper theme, then switch back to the theme you want and the issue should be gone. Every time I make a change to my wallpaper, the issue comes back, but doing this seems to fix it. Hope that helps!

I am currently encountering an issue with my iPhone 16 running iOS 18.3. The camera application has been experiencing a bug where it becomes unresponsive and stuck when launched. My ipad pro M4 is still rearranging the apps every time I reboot it. It happened on my original M1 ipad pro too. It is only if you have a widget and the apps are in the 4 column layout. I tried to rebuild my ipad from scratch and it still does it. I bet you can recreate the issue. I reported it to Apple support months ago and showed it to them with a screen share but it is still broken.

18.3 is filled with bugs, yes battery life has improved but now i am seeing heating issue on my 16PM . Also automations don't work after restart or shutdown (yes i unlock the phone first even open shortcut apps, plus all my automations are set to run immediately without notifying me but nothing seems to work unless i disable or create new automation) and another problem is i feel camera app lags a bit on photo mode.

15 Pro user here . Battery life is way better but I am facing app store slow load times . My app store loads very slow . Doesn't matter if I am in Games/Apps section . Even when I am trying to update any of my apps it loads for 4-5 seconds . Didn't have that in 18.2.1 though .

One thing fixed for me is my AirPods Pro 2 connection. Many times in certain areas (like middle of town) I’d take them out of the case but don’t connect, would just see the spinning circle next to them but could make them connect if I turned Bluetooth off for a few seconds then back on. Now they are connecting as expected without cycling Bluetooth

13:07 when is Apple gonna bring the feature of close all apps on app switcher and change layout of app switcher, app manager, whatever you call it; and clear device cache as well; and some other basic options that android allows for years. Closing all apps would be awesome, imo.

@@Aepek they aren’t because you’re not supposed to close all your apps. Apple actually says that he’s his additional power. It manager is the apps itself and keeps them from running in the background, even though they’re open.

iOS 18.3 is still not useful. After installing it, my wireless CarPlay sound came back after weeks. It did work flawless for a week. After that, I stop my car, and get back in it again within 15 minutes. My wireless CarPlay starts like it should, but no sound. This problem didn’t exist for more than a year prior to iOS 18.2.1. 😢

80% should be the best. The battery will live longer when you hold it between 20%-80%

I set mine to charge to 90%. I bought the 16 ProMax when it came out and I charge daily. I have 100% battery health. Hope that helps. 😊
