Both can be customized, so you can pretty much set them back to what you had before. In control center, just long press and resize them how you want. In photos, go to the bottom to customize, and uncheck all those random albums. (You might want to keep Utilities and/or Media Types checked because those are actually useful.)

There are different ways to read time like 13:30 pm is 1:30 pm so there will be a setting to change the way of time on your phone( hope i make sense) All you have to do is go to date and time and on 24 hour time
