Do you think it is worth buying the iMAC for my home setup? From one dev to another.

As always it depends 😄 What are your needs? For development I would not buy the current iMac just because the screen size (24”) is not enough for me. Of course you can connect a second screen but you have to like to work using two displays. I prefer to have just one, at least 27”.

@@mikemikina Yeah see that is the only thing that hinders my purchase...the screen real estate. But besides that, the functionality of having my data stored in the cloud moving from my macbook instantly to my imac is too convenient to pass up. That being said though, I don't really see too many developers if at all using the iMAC so i wanted to get your perspective.

@@ApoCaLypSeXVII To be honest I don’t like to have a desktop mac anymore 😅 Switching between Macbook and Mac mini is not that great experience for me. I’m still waiting for WWDC to see if there will be a new hardware reveal. But after that I will switch to a Macbook. Not yet sure which one though 🤔
