depends on how its charted, in osu standard its usually just a buzz slider you hold, but from the 2 maps ive played in osu mania, one has a really hard dump in 4 key which carries the star rating, and the other i played in 7 key was just a really long inward roll exlcuding middle column its a really fun part of the song i love the buildup
