Olsen looks like the real deal as her middy is so good and her defense is really good too. Feuerbach should be in the NBA, she looks really good out there this season with more minutes, her defense is ferocious with those 6 steals and 8 defensive rebounds.

Players come and go after graduation that basketball life in college...thou it's slower pace than when Clark is the guard BUT hoping the fighting spirit STAYED and these new HAWKEYES will prove to the preseason prediction that it's maybe NO CLARK ANYMORE but they are the DARK HORSE of the season and go beyond expectation.... Believe they can go to BIG TEN FINAL FOUR and STILL A NCAA ELITE.what the previous HAWKEYES DONE they will continue to do and prove IOWA is already an ELITE TEAM TOO.

I feel bad for them. No matter what they do, they will suffer in comparison in most folk's eyes. It's like a band having a monster, world-wide hit album and then having to follow it up. But, we have to be fair, in that Clark had an experienced group that had been together a while and had really gelled as a team. She was the dominant member, but she had a lot of help as well.

Love the ladies game and heart. But, that was lacking excitement and well ........ Anyways, glad I checked it out to see how this team is this year. Hannah definitely needs a passer to run plays and fast breaks to the hoop. There's nobody with a rocket pass for that. Lucy seems Ok. But she is a little less explosive that is needed to overwhelm the opposition. I am pulling for Iowa, I guess because of Hannah now. I think Hannah has another year after this as well.. Crazy.

They just started the season with a PG that hasn't had a whole lot of time with this team with legit game reps. Syd will be coming back before B1G play. It is also extremely early season. Caitlin had early Iowa teams struggling a bit too and that was with loads of starter experience together. Patience.
