+Vanillaa1984 connect to the cameras wifi through your phone, the manuals with these cameras are terrible. i made this mistake as well. each camera has its own wifi network. once you have connected to the camera with your phone, it will connect then you can access the settings to connect it to the local wifi network (ie your own router) then once you have connected it to the local wifi, disconnect your phone from the camera wifi and connect to your local wifi network, and then it should connect to the cameras in the phone app. you have to do this for every camera. but only once.

I had the same problem. Its because you have downloaded the wrong app. Search appstore for the application "VScam". It has the same logo but works with your camera. You are probably using the app "VScam H" which doesnt work!
