Tony is a true patriot of the west ,warning of world totalitarian threats that exist and are growing. His arguments are balanced with the weaknesses within the Australian economy /social structure being highlighted. You have to admire an ex PM who is not bitter but focussed on our immediate weaknesses. He remains an echo of reality, warning of our sleep walking into the future needs to be turned into immediate action, and an erasure of leftist themes that downgrade the Anglo-sphere. We are not alone on these themes.thanks Tony🇦🇺

I hear an intelligent man giving his opinion that is well researched and informed, I read a lot of comment that are personal attacks lacking content. Wake up Australia if you disagree with his opinion at least give informed response or offer better solutions.

My response keeps getting deleted, so I have had to rephrase/censor it drastically, if this one gets through I’d like to challenge Tony on his opinion on Russia, imo, this is a US proxy war, planned, funded neocons conflict, it could stopped before it even started if the U.S had honoured the Minsk accords instead of using as a delaying tool to arm, train and fund the Ukrainian military.
@richardpeychers40769 ай бұрын
@ricochet2977 Angela Merkel 😅along with Scholz of Germany openly stated that they had no intention of honouring the Minsk agreement with Russia but was instead giving Ukraine time to build up armaments to enable Ukraine to attack Russia. Had this scenario eventuated, what would the Wests narrative be in blaming Russia . Interesting.
@franktully30658 ай бұрын
@@ricochet2977What about the Budapest Memorandum? Didn't Russia agree to respect Ukraine's sovereignty in return for Ukraine handing over all of its nuclear weapons? As for Tony Abbott, I think he'd be a vastly better national leader than anyone we've seen lately, but I'd like to hear him explain why on earth he ever thought Constitutional Recognition was a good idea and whether he still thinks so. I was also very disappointed when he indicated he'd protect free speech but once in government, claimed: "Now isn't the right time " I agree with his comments here about totalitarian ideology and the current threat to democracy. He's also right about Jim Molan. Everybody should read his book: Danger on Our Doorstep.

Do you think Australia has good future when everything now owned by foreigners and most of them don’t paid tax ! On top of that is trillions of debts that can’t never paid off . House price high rocket compare to wages earner , inflation , economy is a mess and no one can work out how to save ours economy but short cut solution try to please peoples to win votes . Defences is rely on USA to protect Australia , why for hundreds of years AUSTRALIA still hasn’t had a good defences system capable to defences the country but rely on USA ? This is why America made wars around the world Australia have to sent theirs soldiers out fight and died for America at AUSTRALIA tax payers cost , America doesn’t pay for ours army , doesn’t pay family of death soldiers . If future wars by USA then Australia will let theirs sons and daughters died again for USA . Is this justify that australia still has good future ! I doubt it
