@@amansagar4948 9th gen came in 2021 and it had pretty old design ,it’s a 3gb ram A13 Bionic chip which we first saw on 2019 in iPhone 11, but that does a decent work for your tasks, but if you go for 10th gen it’s a 2023 product which has good modern curve design and you get nice Color’s with upgraded features like 4gb ram with A14 Bionic chip which was used in iPhone 12 . If I were you I would blindly go for ipad 10th gen.
