What do you think is the 'default' tablet purchase on the Android side? 🤔
@SalamatUK6 күн бұрын
Very happy with a Redmi Pad SE

There aren't any on the Android side, sooner or later they become slow and laggy. iPads are the best tablets.

@@SPFboy86 unnecessary and wasteful comment. It's still an interesting discussion

bought the iPad mini and used it for one month now, absolutely love it, I owned iPad mini 1, 2, 3 in the past and love them. Skipped some minis before I am back again.

I recently bought the iPad Mini 7, the first iPad Mini I've ever owned. After using it and my iPad 10th Gen for a while, I decided to trade in the 10th Gen. I would have to agree, the Mini works well as an augment to my iPhone and MacBook Air, more so than the 10th Gen. Thanks for the review!

I bought my 2018 iPad Pro 12.9” with cellular and 512GB when it came out and it cost about $1,600. I still use it everyday so it is hardly gathering dust. I have traveled throughout the US and parts of Europe with it and been reminded daily on those trips that it is just a little too big and heavy to carry around all the time. Because of its high price I never leave it in a hotel room. I do have an IPad mini on my Christmas list due to the smaller form factor and the chip that can handle AI. Can’t wait.

Glad you're making good use of the Pro and hope the Mini can be a nice secondary option for you!
@alanchrishughes5 күн бұрын
Really hard to buy this when for just $100 more you can get the Air with much better specs, but then you're stuck with the larger device which I really don't want. Apple made a real lose-lose situation here.
@hoyoungwon5 күн бұрын
If you're worried about specs... I don't think the mini is the way to go for you
@alanchrishughes5 күн бұрын
@@hoyoungwon That's what I'm saying, it made more sense when they had the same specs, just different screen sizes (and slightly cheap price).

The new mini7 looks a lot like my mini6. I still use my mini iPad all the time because of the convenient size.

Smart decision, Gen 17 is great for gen 5 or non mini users. For gen 6 is dumb upgrade as of now.

I have to disagree on the screen. It looks nice, until I scroll. It just looks so stuttery compared to my Fold 4. It really should've gotten a higher refresh screen. I like everything else about it. I just bought one cause I always wanted one, and I am gonna use it for work.

Hope you enjoy it! Maybe my eyes are just more tolerant about the 60Hz iOS/iPadOS experience 🤷♂️

Nice vid mate. I think the talking speed is fine, I run it at 1.25x, but rather than trying to change your speaking speed, having proper subs might be an alternative. However, that'll always be a preference thing I have the 6, love it basically only for the size, and I'd love to upgrade for the new processor, but no 120Hz and the crap trade-in value is a buzzkill

for notes taking it’s completely fine. but for drawing/sketching it depends on every person, but imo it feels okay (not too small)

It's a lot more cramped for sure but depends what you need a pen for. Annotating and short notes/memos here and there are fine. But for anything else, it's going to feel a bit cramped

Okay so I just realised Ipad mini's don't come with keyboards, I assume because it's too small for a keyboard that size to be typed with.
