You can turn on subtitles by clicking the CC icon at the bottom of a KZbin video. A red line will appear under the icon when closed captions have been enabled. See more here. www.google.com/amp/s/www.businessinsider.com/how-to-turn-on-subtitles-on-youtube%3Famp Go to Settings > Sounds (or Settings > Sounds & Haptics), and drag the Ringer and Alerts slider back and forth a few times. If you don't hear any sound, or if your speaker button on the Ringer and Alerts slider is dimmed, your speaker might need service. Contact Apple Support for iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Why can't I get sound on my iPad games? If you've lost sound in app and games but not in music or headphones, then try this. Close all current apps, go to settings, control center and turn off "Access Within Apps". Then do a soft reset with the home and sleep button. Your audio/external speakers will now work in apps. How to Unmute the Sound on an iPad via Settings App Go to Settings > General > Use Side Switch To. Change this setting from Mute to Lock Rotation. I have an intermittent sound problem. I'm not the only one. I'm on iPad 6th, and the sound seems to cut out when an announcer is about to appear (I notice on the scroll bar). This happens during drama series, Turkish and others such as "Une question d’honneur" if you want to check. It's very unpleasant. I've tried everything, it doesn't seem to be coming from my iPad but in connection with the series, thank you so much to help me. Yes, I’m doing every times the KZbin updates and restart the IPad.
@sixbux8 ай бұрын
I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with your **iPad 6th generation**. Sound issues can be frustrating, but let's troubleshoot this together. Here are some steps you can try: 1. **Restart Your iPad**: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve audio glitches. Press and hold the **Top button** and one of the **volume buttons** (on iPads with a Home button, hold down the Top button) until the **power off slider** appears. Drag the slider to turn off the device, then wait for about **30 seconds** before turning it back on³. 2. **Check Audio Settings**: Ensure that your **volume is not muted** and that the **Do Not Disturb** mode is turned off. You can adjust the volume using the **buttons on the side** or through the **Control Center** (swipe down from the upper right corner of the screen). 3. **Reset Your iPad**: If the issue persists, perform a **soft reset** by holding the **power off button** and the **home button** simultaneously. Keep holding them until you see the **Apple logo**, then release the buttons. It might take a little longer for your iPad to start up after this reset². 4. **Check for Software Updates**: Make sure your iPad is running the latest **iOS version**. Go to **Settings > General > Software Update** and install any available updates. 5. **App-Specific Troubleshooting**: If the sound issue occurs only in specific apps (such as Zoom or Google Meet), try **restarting the app** or **replugging any external audio adapters** you might be using⁴. If none of these steps resolve the problem, consider reaching out to **Apple Support** for further assistance.

@@sixbux Thank you very much. I've done everything you describe. I've tried everything, restarted. It sounds like it comes from series, because it doesn't happen with movies, or anything else. Discouraging. It happens, right before an ad shows up. I make a link to it, without understanding.

I bought new ones and they didn’t work so I’m buying a different type and a usb adapter to connect to it to see if that will help since I’ve tried everything else and nothing works. I’ve watched so many videos and they all say the exact same things that don’t work and I don’t know what to do

I'm sorry to hear that your headphones aren't working with your iPad 19th generation. Let's troubleshoot this together! Here are some steps you can try: 1. Check for Debris and Damage: - Inspect the headphone port on your iPad for any debris. - Examine your headphone cable, connector, remote, and earbuds for signs of damage. - Clean the port and earbuds gently using a small, soft-bristled brush. 2. Ensure a Firm Connection: - Firmly plug your headphones back into the port. - If you're using a case, remove it to ensure a secure connection. 3. Test with Another Pair: - Try a different pair of headphones to see if the issue persists. - If the second pair works, the initial headphones may need replacement. 4. Adjust Volume and Check Microphone: - Adjust the volume using the buttons on your iPad or the Control Center. - Verify if your headphones have a built-in microphone. - Check the microphone for blockage (debris, lint, or packaging). 5. Bluetooth Troubleshooting (if applicable): - If you're using Bluetooth headphones, connect and disconnect them again. - Toggle off Bluetooth in Settings or from the Control Center. If these steps don't resolve the issue, consider reaching out to local Support for further assistance.

My problem is, my new iPad pro sound volume keeps “freezing.”. I am on iOS 15.6. My iPad produces sound; However, even though my volume buttons are in perfect shape, the volume on my iPad keeps “freezing” and will stay at a fixed level even while i press the volume buttons. The screen shows the animation of the volume going up and down but the volume itself does not change. Siding the volume up/down in either control center or settings doesn’t work, either. And the weird thing is this freezing problem is on-and-off issue; sometimes my volume successfully changes when I use the buttons or slider, and other times it stays put. I have tried rebooting my iPad again and again. Not too helpful. In the past rebooting would fix the problem but only temporarily, then the glitch would come back in less than a minute!! And Recently I tried rebooting, but nope, the volume was still frozen afterwards! The problem persists whether or not “change with buttons” is on. It’s getting on my nerves and I don’t know if this problem was covered in the vid bc I don’t have the patience to watch it but if anyone has had this problem and thinks they know how to fix it, feel free to let me know. Thanks and take care

Have a look at these steps: Solutions to fix this problem 1. Bluetooth connected devices Make sure you haven’t connected a Bluetooth handset with your iPad, as this may lead to prevent the speaker from giving the sound. Go to settings > Bluetooth and make sure no headset is connected with it. 2. Close the camera and open the music Sometimes, a tiny software glitch may lead to no sound on record, to cross-check it close the camera or video application on your iPad and open the music application. Play a song, close it now. Again, go to the videos and check if you can hear the sound or not. 3. Check the Mic with Voice memos If Bluetooth is off and closing the camera hasn’t fixed your problem, you should check if the mic on your iPad is working properly. To do this, open voice memos on your iPad and try to record a voice. If it doesn’t work properly, head down to any other solution below. 4. Restart your Phone: Restarting the iPad has also solved the problem for some users, Close the videos application and restart your iPad. 5. Remove the cover/casing: If you are using a hard cover or a casing on your iPad, it may lead to the no sound during recording a video on iPad. We will recommend you remove the cover of your iPad and try recording a video again. 6. Perform the soft reset: Another fix for this problem is performing the soft reset on your iPad, follow these instructions to perform a hard reset, this method works perfectly on any iPad. Press and hold the Power and Home button for at least 10 seconds until the iPad shuts down and restart again. This has also helped some users. 7. Clean the Mic: If any of the six methods haven’t worked for you, make sure that the mic of your iPad is cleaned. Sometimes, tiny particles give a blockage for a sound which will turn in no sound while recording videos. To clean the mic on your iPad, take a needle, and try to remove all possible dirt particles. If none of this solution has worked for you, then there is a possibility that the mic on your iPad is malfunctions. Backup all data on your iPad and take it to the Apple Store for hardware check. For more information: support.apple.com/en-qa/HT209369

When I connect Bluetooth speakers to my ipad the sound became normal and when I turn off Bluetooth the sound of my ipad is muted can you solved my problem
@sixbux Жыл бұрын
Why is my iPad sound muted? Make sure silent mode is turned off Open Control Center by swiping down from the top-right corner on your iPad. Check to see whether silent mode is turned on: A red Bell icon means the feature is on, whereas a gray one means it is off. If the feature is on, tap the Bell icon to turn it off. How do I unmute the sound on my iPad? 1. Turn silent mode on or off. Slide your finger downwards starting from the top right side of the screen. Press the sound mode icon to turn silent mode on or off. Why does my iPad think I'm using headphones? Your iPad's system or software might be corrupted for some reason, tricking your iPad into headphone mode when it is not connected. A simple solution is updating your iOS. Go to the Settings of your iPad, locate General settings, and open System update.

My problem is that some videos play with audio and some don't. Some are iOS videos, some MP4 and it's always the same ones. They all have audio, and they're hosted on KZbin so even if I access them via my website where they're embedded, the problem persists. So far, none of the tips from anywhere have made a difference. I think it's recent, maybe an iOS update, and it affects both my old iPad Pro and my iPhone 13. If you have an idea, brilliant, but if not - no worries!

You can quickly check to see if your iPad is stuck in headphones by pressing the volume buttons again. Why is my iPad on headphone mode even if im not using my headphones? Your iPhone is stuck on headphone mode because it thinks headphones are plugged into the headphone jack or Lightning port, even though they're not. This is usually caused by a problem with the headphone jack or Lightning port itself. 99% of the time it's a hardware problem, not a software problem.

Check Mute and Unmute: Make sure the mute/unmute toggle switch on the side of your iPad is not set to mute. If it is, slide it to unmute. 2. Adjust Volume: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the Control Center. Adjust the volume slider to the maximum level. 3. Restart Your iPad: Press and hold the power button until the "slide to power off" option appears. Turn off your iPad, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. 4. Check Bluetooth: If you have any Bluetooth accessories connected, disconnect them and check if the sound works. 5. Clean Speakers: Dust or debris might be blocking the speakers. Gently clean them using a soft brush or compressed air. 6. Reset All Settings: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Note that this won't erase your data but will reset settings to default. 7. Software Update: Check for any available software updates in Settings > General > Software Update. Remember, if none of these methods work, it might be a hardware issue, and you may need professional assistance

How to fix headset mode ipad mini 4 my device
@sixbux Жыл бұрын
Try some of these fixes. Why does the sound on my iPad only work with headphones? That's true - the problem is that your iPad thinks headphones are plugged in. This occasionally happens when lint, dirt, liquid, or other debris gets stuck inside the headphone jack. Can only get sound through headphones on iPad? That's true - the problem is that your iPad thinks headphones are plugged in. This occasionally happens when lint, dirt, liquid, or other debris gets stuck inside the headphone jack. You can quickly check to see if your iPad is stuck in headphones by pressing the volume buttons again. Why is my iPad sound not working without headphones? If you still have sound in the music app without using headphones, system sounds are muted. System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways. The screen lock rotation can be controlled in the same manner as well. Settings>General>Use Side Switch to: Mute System sounds. Let's take a look at the top 9 to fix the iPad stuck in headphone mode issue. Restart the iPad. Take off the Case. Repair iPad Headphone Mode. Connect Another Set of Headphone to the iPad. Check If the Bluetooth Speakers Are Working. Perform a Hard Reset. Enable the Airplane Mode. Clean the Port. How do I change my iPad from headphone to speaker? Adjust headphone audio settings on iPad Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Visual > Headphone Accommodations, then turn on Headphone Accommodations. Tap Custom Audio Setup, then follow the onscreen instructions. Or manually set any of the following: ... To preview your audio settings, tap Play Sample.

Restart or reboot the iPhone or iPad. Static noises can come from either the earpiece or the speaker on the bottom of your iPhone. As advanced as they are, the basic technology behind your iPhone’s speakers hasn’t changed much since speakers were invented: Electric current flows into a thin material (called a diaphragm or membrane) that vibrates to create sound waves. In order to be able to vibrate, the material has to be very, very thin - and that makes it particularly susceptible to damage. How do I turn off noise cancellation? You can also switch between noise-control modes in Settings: On your iOS or iPadOS device, go to Settings > Bluetooth.

If you're experiencing sound issues on your iPad, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially fix the problem: 1. Turn Off Silent Mode: - Swipe down from the top right corner of your iPad screen to open the Control Center. - Look for the bell icon (which represents silent mode) and tap it to turn off silent mode. This will unmute your iPad. - If you're using an older iPad, ensure that the physical switch isn't set to mute (red position). 2. Disable Do Not Disturb (DND) Mode: - Open Settings on your iPad. - Tap on Focus and go to the Do Not Disturb tab. - Turn off the Turn on automatically option if it's enabled. DND mode can mute all notifications and block sound. 3. Check Bluetooth Connections: - Disconnect any Bluetooth devices (headphones, speakers) connected to your iPad. Sometimes audio is routed to these devices instead of the built-in speakers. 4. Clean iPad Speakers: - Dust or debris might be affecting the sound quality. Gently clean the speakers using a soft brush or compressed air. 5. Restart Your iPad: - Press and hold the home button and the lock button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. This will force restart your iPad. 6. Reset All Settings (Caution: Data Loss): - Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Note that this will reset various settings, but your data will remain intact. 7. Update Your iPad: - Make sure your iPad is running the latest software version. Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check for updates. 8. Factory Reset (Last Resort, Data Loss): - If none of the above methods work, consider a factory reset. Back up your data first. - Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. Remember, if the issue persists, it might be a hardware problem, and professional service may be needed.

I understand how frustrating it can be when your iPad's sound isn't working. Let's troubleshoot this together! Here are some steps you can try: 1. Turn Off Silent Mode: Check if your iPad is in silent mode. Open Control Center by swiping down from the top-right corner, and ensure the Bell icon is gray (not red). If it's red, tap it to turn off silent mode⁴. 2. Disconnect Bluetooth Accessories: Sometimes connected Bluetooth devices can interfere with sound. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and unpair any connected devices⁴. 3. Close Problematic Apps: If sound issues occur only with a specific app, close and reopen it. Activate the App Switcher (swipe up from the bottom or double-click the home button) and swipe up to close the app. Then reopen it to check if the problem persists⁴. 4. Clean Speakers: Dust or debris might be blocking the speakers. Gently clean them using a soft brush or compressed air⁴. 5. Check Sound Settings: Verify that your sound settings are correct. Go to Settings > Sounds and adjust the volume settings⁴. 6. Restart Your iPad: Sometimes a simple restart can fix sound-related glitches. Press and hold the power button until the slider appears, then slide to power off. Turn it back on after a few seconds⁴. 7. Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This won't erase your data but will reset network-related settings⁶. 8. Update iPadOS: Ensure your operating system is up to date. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any available updates⁴. 9. Factory Reset (Last Resort): If nothing else works, consider a factory reset. Remember that this will erase all data, so back up your iPad first. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings⁷. Remember, if none of these steps resolve the issue, it might be a hardware problem, and professional service may be needed.

Try these steps. Go to Settings > Sounds (or Settings > Sounds & Haptics), and drag the Ringer and Alerts slider back and forth a few times. When you have the side switch set to lock screen rotation, your Mute Button is in the Control Center. Try and have a look at these steps: 1. Remove your iPad's case. 2. Turn your iPad off and back on again. 3. Plug in, Plug Out. 4. Try another pair of headphones with your iPad. 5. Use a Bluetooth Speaker. 6. A Hard Reset for an iPad. Also have a look at this: It sounds like when playing some games you hear an unexpected sound. Since it seems to occur with some specific games you could try and delete the app and download it again, check out this link for support.
