Tell me what do u mean by CONNECTIVITY?.. if u mean to use feature like sidecar,airdrop etc then they will not work on windows laptop... But if u mean connectivity by transferring files,pics,songs,etc to ipad and vice versa, then it is possible even before iOS 13 update ( not as simple as to connect any android device but yeah it is possible by itunes, documents by readdle,share it etc apps.... Do reply what's Ur usage

Yes possible to have apps for video and photo editing but there will be some limits to its usage. However most of the work can easily be done on iPad. I guess I have to make another video as I am not satisfied.

In 2020 i own an ipad pro and a laptop for the last 1 year..from my pas experiences i would say if you don't have any laptop or any kind of device and you are thinking about buying a new laptop or tablet then go with laptop don't even think about ipad or any other tablet or even Chromebook...if you already own a laptop go with ipad..an iPad can not do what a laptop can...don't ever listen to anyone else... thanks me later.
