ইফতারের দোকানের মতো করে ডিম চপ /এগ কাটলেট | Dim chop, Dim alur chop, egg chop, egg cutlet,dimerchop

আসসালামু আলাইকুম ,
আজকের পর্বে আপনাদের জন্য নিয়ে এসেছি ইফতারের দোকানের মতো ডিমের চপ / এটাকে ডিম আলুর চপ বা এগ কাটলেট ও বলা হয়।
খেতে ভীষণ মজার। ..বাইরে থেকে ক্রিস্পি আর ভেতরে নরম ডিম আলুর মিশ্রণ।
ইফতারে বানালে বাচ্চাবার সবাই অনেক পছন্দ করে খাবে। তাছাড়া বানানো ও অনেক সহজ। চলুন দেখে নেই কি কি লাগবে।
Ingredients
--------------------------
Potato (boiled AND mashed) - 2 cups
Eggs (hard-boiled) - 3 medium
Chili flakes - 1/2 tblsp
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger juice - 1 tsp
Fried onion - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 tblsp
Tasting salt - 1/4 tsp
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Beaten egg with salt and pepper
Milk - 1.5 tblsp
Oil for frying
