I got this exact same phone with 512gb. I love it! I upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus and the pictures that this thing can take just blows me away! Night shots are simply amazing. No more of those low light over-exposed grainy pictures like I was getting with the 8 plus. I also added a gorilla glass screen protector and a case. I got the 12 Pro Max in gold and it’s beautiful and it looks so premium. I also went with the saddle brown Apple leather case. The gold and brown looks very good together. Of all the gold shades that came out, Apple nailed the perfect shade of gold on the 12. I cannot wait for the brown leather to patina as well. Classic.

I find the official cases too bulky. Im using a super thin case from MNML. They don't provide much protection but it feels like you're holding a careless phone. I don't recommend the clear one cause it scratches easy, but the matte white, grey and black ones are great.

Be careful on the case. Don’t take it off frequently it will crack on the edges. It’s happen to 4 of my cases as I constantly sanitized them. I agree they have grip and look amazing.
