IPhone tends to blow out the highlights especially indoor pictures where you can see outside almost blown out. Since its iPhone, it's still a great picture.

Samsung oled tends to over saturate colors tho, where apple is just the same tone as it was with lcd(not over saturated), but only sharper cause of oled. I have both Samsung s9 and Iphone 12, and the s9 screen to me hurts my eyes, while the tone of Iphone’s older screen is easier on my eyes because colors are more natural

You mentioned iphone for its 120hz display, Samsung has that, for battery or video, iphone, everything else Samsung. It's cameras are more versatile for just about anything. Samsung display over iphone any day of the week for media consumption

And with the S21 Ultra you have far more control over that refresh rate, especially with free apps like Galaxy Max Hz which allow you to change it dynamically. For example, I've used the app to set my resting refresh rate to 48hz, and as soon as any movement takes place on the screen it jumps to either 96hz or 120hz, saving battery life. On the iPhone you have 120hz either on or off, far more limiting.

I own both the iPhone 13 promax and the S 21 ultra and the best way I can describe it it’s like trying to tell someone what’s better Lamborghini or Ferrari it literally comes down to whatever you like best they are both at the pinnacle and what you enjoy looking at and driving around is really all it comes down to because you will not regret buying either one until the S22 ultra comes out which in that case you will wish that you had that S22 ultra over both of them probably 😅…. And I’ll definitely be upgrading to that when it drops.

I agree. My findings are that S21U has great versatile camera for photography and the 13 Pro is great for video recording. S21U still has the most pleasing display. Iphone 13 Pro has the best battery life. Conclusion: it comes down if you like android or iOS. I'm more towards S21U but iphone 13 Pro is also great.

I agree. The iPhone 13 Pro pictures are surprisingly sub par compared to the S21. However, the iPhone 13 Pro does have the superior video quality. I'd still go with the S21 (I've had it since release) because I take more pictures than I do videos.

Note 20 U still a awesome phone. Samsung tuned the phone in the last year amd it goes neck and neck with my GF'S S21U especially in daylight.nigt time is to and fro but. PERFORMANCE has been great,no hiccups,lag and even though i dont play many games on phone but when I do, it plays without a problem. I do have the new iPhone 13 pro max as my secondary phone just because of business associates use imessages, facetime(rarely) etc..but Note 20 U is great,atleast to me.

Great video and always enjoy your videos. Glad you did choose a winner at the end so tired of most saying at the end ‘both great so whatever your prefer’. Yes both probably are great and I used to love Android and Samsung and at one time you could not have given me an iPhone. I really like the look of Samsung 21 Ultra camera but the phone is too large plus I was in my local Verizon store couple weeks ago and picked up the 21 Ultra and to me it felt cheap compared to the iPhone plus brought back memories of why I switched. I switched to Apple a few years back and ever since there was a Max I had the Max primarily for the better phone. This year though I upgraded from the 12 Max to 13 Pro. I did purchase the 13 Max but returned it because the little bit of thickness for the battery plus the larger camera bump made the 13 Max seem way larger although it isn’t. Glad I went with the Pro and love it. Thanks again

I'm so deep in the Apple Ecosystem that no Android phone will ever be able to pull me back to the other side. I tried for six months with the Note 20 Ultra last year and all the workarounds and compromises I had to make forced me back on to iPhone. I have the 13 Pro Max and it is for sure the best iPhone ever made and it's not even close and it makes it much more palatable to use an iPhone now with it's features than compared to a few years ago. I think the S21U is a sweet phone! The new Pixel 6Pro is really cool too and if I ever had to use two phones I definitely would not hesitate to go with one of these two.

I don’t care that my Home Screen has apps on it and I can’t put them anywhere, I don’t care that my colors don’t match my wallpaper, none of that means anything to me. I have a phone that does everything I want and need it to and seamlessly integrates with my computer and iPad. The cameras are amazing, the battery life is amazing and finally the screen is amazing; I’m good. I have everything I need now, there is nothing that Android has to offer that I truly need and I’m happy with my setup

I own the S21 Ultra and the girlfriend has the 13 Pro Max and my photos AND video alway's come out better then hers. Photo's and video is ALWAY'S subjective though. Both phone's take great photo and video, it just depends on what you like more...natural vs. vivid...saturated vs. unsaturated. As for your battery experience...that also HUGELY depends on what you actually do on your phone throughout the day. I'm willing to bet you and your girlfriend use your phone's for different thing's and/or use the same apps more or less then one another as well. The battery is definitely bigger on the iPhone but I'd rather have a less weighty phone with the Ultra considering it STILL easily get's me to the next day without a charge. You also forgot the notch vs. no notch lol.

@@RemmyRiffs the notch houses more tech than the hole punch, so I’ll take the notch until adequate technology makes it so that the sensors and cameras can be hidden under the screen, at which Samsung is going to claim they did it first with their poor attempt on the Fold 3. Remember, people roasted Apple for not implementing 120hz but Apple took their time to optimize their software to achieve a long battery life with 120hz on their first run.

Funny thing about the totally awesome a15 chip... It overheats during gameplay or if used to operate a drone for more than 30 minutes. Oh, but there's a fix! You can turn the iPhone into conservative processor mode (which makes it run slow) so it won't overheat. BTW, when the 13 pro max overheats it dims the screen all the way down to where it is unable to be seen outdoors. But hey, it's fast for those 30 mins...🤔. Unfortunately I found this out days after I bought my 13 pro max 😭 Crazy as it sounds, but I am missing my 3 year old Note 10+ that had none of these problems and everything about it was better, except for the camera because it came out before this telephoto camera war was started.

Something that people don't tend to mention is that if you rely on Instagram for your business, then you really only have one option, and that is the iPhone. Instagram's algorithm is set up for Apple, and content uploaded via Apple products just looks better on Instagram. Because their are so many Android products out there providing different output, it is far easier for a company like Instagram to set their system up for one product, and that of course us Apple. So it doesn't really matter how good the Android phone cameras get, if the Social media companies don't optimise their algorithms for Android, then the only person whose going to see their amazing photos on their Samsung phones is the person who shot them, looking at the pictures on their own screen. As an Android fanboy (old man), I was so disappointed to find myself buying my wife last week an iPhone 13 Pro Max, because she uses Instagram to promote her business, her new content uploaded from her new phone now looks amazing!. Can't say I'll be buying an Apple for myself though, as I still personally cannot stand Apple products. ANDROID RULE! (I don't post to Instagram, LOL).

Good video but you obviously were wrong 6/9 times as you most likely picked the better photo and thought it was the iPhone. For me the S21U is king, they are neck to neck however you don't have periscope zoom, can't record all cameras at the same time in 4k 60fps, this means 10x optical zoom at 4k 60fps!! Iphone can't touch that. For chipsets, can A15 run 2 apps in split-screen or in DeX?

I'm enjoying my wife's S21U capability in video; directors mode, recording all cameras at the same time, 60fps in 4k using all cameras, including the 10x optical zoom! I was able to get some amazing 10x optical zoom video of my daughter's soccer and track races this year. Something the iPhone can't do! But unless it's side by side and looking at the minor details, you won't be able to tell.

I have the S21 ultra and take pics of plants and flowers at different times of the day under different light scenarios on auto. The images are always overly bright and often the color doesn't reflect the real world. I'm certain the iphone has issues as well. All i want is image processing that compares to what I'm actually seeing without enhancements. I don't have the patience or the time to wade through all of it's manual settings to achieve an exacting image on the fly... if that is actually possible. I really hope the S22 can improve on this, otherwise I'm changing to Sony's new Pro phone with it's 1" sensor, 4k display etc., etc.

There was a problem with connecting to home and work printers (it was impossible to print anything either from the system level or from the printer application). there was a problem with copying content between applications, where on android you hold your finger and copy what you want. even such popular applications as google photos or google keep caused problems (on android, photos taken / received appear immediately in google photos applications, on ios I had to refresh, close / open or manually force each photo to be uploaded to the cloud to make it work. At the google keep level, I couldn't transfer the content to any other application, where it is not a problem on android.Besides, this is not my first contact with iOS.I had an iPhone 5s, 6s, and X. and over the years a lot has not changed in IOS.
