I still have 100% battery health on my 14 Pro which I’ve had since December 18 2022, this phone is carried in my back pocket and sparsely used for anything other than phone calls and text messages. It takes nice pictures, but when I need a screen for real business I’m going to wait until I can get to one of my iPads or my MacBook

I enjoyed my 14 pro till the battery was so bad I was charging twice per day. Glad T-Mobile lets me upgrade after one year. Now I have the 15 pro max and this battery is above amazing.

@@ik8445 idk maybe 5 hrs per day. Google 14 pro battery problems and I had one of them. My niece just traded her 14 pro in and she still had 96% after 1.5 years.

Nice review man! I liked how you explained the mentality of customers when it comes to Inter - M1 shifting and then from M1 to M2, how people react to the launch of the chips . I agree! I also bought a 14 Pro after watching your review only :)) the battery life is still stellar for me. I bought this bad boy in august 2023 and I still have 100% battery health.

14 Pro , I had 100% battery for 11 month, (which I felt suspicious of) then suddenly like yours it started to drop. now 2 months later my battery is at 89%... I was starting to obsess over it, but decided it gets me through the day, and if I need a boost charge , no big deal. I will get battery replacement at 80% ($150 here in Canada though).... a little disappointing as my older phones had better battery longevity.... will wait till the 17 or 18 before upgrading, as the upgrades are not that different .... I also has paint chip from the edges, even though in a case from day one, shouldn’t happen on such an expensive device...

Apple is notorious for not showing the correct battery health and battery %. Notice how your phone stays at 100% for an unreal amount of time before it starts dropping rapidly. It's the same with battery health. I would not obssess over it. Battery replacements are cheap and you did pay a lot for your phone so enjoy all its features and use it as you please.

I go between Samsung and Apple so in the past i had a 4s then a 5s then i got the s7 then the s9plus then back to 11 pro max and the 13 pro wich lasted me up until the end of last year i got an s24 plus now but i find it does too much for what i need, it's a great phone but i use it more than i like because it's new and bigger and has a gorgeous display, I've bought a 14 pro and i'm returning the s24 plus as i feel the older i get the more i appreciate just the basics from a phone and iphone seems to have basic usage nailed. I will also say i have tried a 15 pro and i don't like the new design the stainless steel feels and looks nicer in my opinion. I may upgrade again later this year if the 16 pro brings any big improvement otherwise i will wait for the 17 pro. with the samsung i find myself at about 4-5 hours SOT with an iphone it's 2-3 hours at most and i prefer that! I'd rather only want to be on my phone when i need to be. The only thing Apple needs and i mean NEEDS is a universal back gesture! having to reach up to that back button on most apps is really annoying.

I would first and foremost wait till the 16 comes out, so prices will be a bit down. Then I would go for the 14 pro, since there won't be that much of a difference between the prices of the two. I think the upgrades are worth an extra 100-200 bucks

I certainly don’t appreciate stainless steel prone to scratches and hard to keep it in pristine condition but I would never trade it for titanium. Stainless steel is superior when it comes to drop protection and to rely on actually doing the important job of absorbing the energy from the impact. It is preventing a lot of impact from damaging the display and camera system. I’m still happy with my 14 Pro, but something inside me just eager to try 13 mini instead. Maybe will get one for experimental purposes. It’s unique!

If you can, go for the 15 Pro, since you will get Apple Intelligence updates. If not, or yo just don't care about it. Then I would go for the 14 Pro, since you get 120hz. Also, don't waste your money on bigger storage options. If you need more, just pay for iCloud, it always comes out cheaper than going for higher storage.

THE shittiest telephone I ever owned and I owned I don't know how many phones. Cracked camera protective glass for no apparent reason and it has NEVER happened to me before; whole summer it kept overheating and not charging properly and now after 9 months of use battery health 89%. My first iPhone ever and certainly the last. Apple is a pile of shite sprinkled with gold dust.
