FYI I had the Black Ops case for 2 of my iPhones. 11 Pro Max and 12 Pro Max. No problem with the 11 Pro Max case. Loved it. I got one for my 12 Pro Max, too. Thought it was great until the kickstand broke under normal use and Element would NOT stand behind it. Wouldn’t offer to fix it or to send a new case. THEN my phone dropped with the case on and the supposed military drop protection DID NOT protect my phone. Drop of approximately 3 feet or less and my screen was CRACKED!

Thanks for that comment. I loved the include wallet and wouldn’t mind paying that price since I go for hikes, mountain bike rides, and long walks where I usually just want super protection and a spare $20 USD bill on me. I also plan on keeping my iPhone for 4 years so the cost isn’t a big deal Not being able to survive small drops is a massive con for the price tag. Guess I’ll stick with my UAG that has protected my phones for years throughout brutal drops

I recently tried UAG for my S23 Ultra and so far it has been amazing for protection. I have used MOUS for my iPhone and found it didn’t offer me the protection it was supposed to. Only Rokform and UAG and Casetify have been superbly protective.

Appreciate the review man. I’ve been buying element cases for over 10 years. Had one for every iPhone. Some generations are better than others. Last one I had was for 11 pro and it kept my phone in mint condition for 3 years. Dropped it more times than I could count with zero phone damage. One time it hit the edge of my granite countertop and it chipped the countertop!! We’re talking about protecting a $1200+ device. Spending a few hundred to protect it (and protect it surly will), it’s not all that crazy. I just ordered one because I trust the brand. Not a fan of wallet cases and it’s not as attractive as previous black ops cases, but it does its job.

If you flipped the phone the other way it has a tilted landscape with the kickstand, power button side down, i have this case and its held up well

I had the element case black ops for Xs Max and it did not come in the clutch to save my phone , it fell face down while I was on the toilet that's about 15 inches from my hands to the floor & the screen looked as if a car ran over it . Idk if its the weight of the case that contributed to that much damage but whatever you do try not dropping your phone while using this case its just for aesthetics in my opinion.

I have this black ops case for about three days and I had to return it. It was so rough on my hands. The plastic is ridiculously rough and sharp. It also rattled, and just wasn’t a good case in the hand. It was all out, cheap and garbage to me. I still don’t believe I actually put out $250 for this case. Thank God I got my return money.

I noticed w/ the PLUS attachment, it makes the wallet somewhat smaller in the center of the case whereas w/ the STANDARD size phone attachment, the wallet is seamlessly mended in (compressed). My thing is, w/ the PLUS, does the wallet slide up and down even with the arm bar lock down?

Great review on this case. I will add the Juggernaut is just as durable and solid but cost way less. Considering the fact you have military units and swat teams using it, I can see buying it before I purchased this case.
