@@kotae7434 I don’t keep track. However, I can easily get 2 days of medium to heavy use. The only thing I’d like to change about my 14 pro max is the lightning port - it’s a dinosaur.

In Feb it will be 2 years that I’ve had mine it’s the longest I’ve ever kept a phone it’s been very good to me still feels works new I got the purple color which is still stunning the camera performance and battery are great my battery health is at 89% I can get a full day and some if I charge it 100%

Agree its inside is great and outside but heaviness of it and the finger print magnet stainless steel has pushed me to upgrade to 16 Pro Max. The weight of it bare and with cases adds strain to my forearm.

I regret buying the 14 pro instead of the pro max version. I bought this just because it’s the perfect size for a phone. It’s been two years and now my battery health is at 81%. I can barely make it without charging atleast 6 times per day lol.

I loved my 14 pro max. Until 18.2. Now my phone thinks it can make decisions for me. Even though there’s no AI it randomly changes settings for me and my AirPods also. I turn off noise canceling to save battery and the next time I use them it’s back on again. Grrr. My watch ultra is the same. I turn off Wi-Fi and the next time I look it’s back on again using up battery looking for Wi-Fi. At the end of this apple life’s cycle I’m going with Samsung. No doubt about it and I can’t wait.

if you switch to the 16 pro i think you will feel better, because the 16 pro you get a fairly large 6.3 inch screen and it is light at 199g

The 15 pro is the lightest of the last 3 pros. The 16 pro is almost the same weight as the 14 pro. You can use the 14 pro caseless or upgrade to a 15 pro if you want a lighter experience

If your battery is in good condition, you will usually get a full day's use, charge it in the morning and charge it again at night before going to bed, or earlier depending on the intensity of your use.
