Love the look of these cases, this one may be different but I had a pitaka thin one like this and the sides felt sharp. Maybe for the pixel it's different.

Yeah the latercase doesn’t feel sharp bc it doesn’t really go over the edges of the screen. The android cases aren’t sharp at all, at least for my s22U.

I’ve never had one from aliexpress but I personally love latercases bc I would rather slim cases. The Kevlar is 100% legit & feels great though. It’s not made from cheap knock off materials.

It’s a ok case. But I don’t trust it. I only have it on when I’m around the house. But when I go out, I’ll put my Apple leather on. Cause when your phone falls in between the car seats without that full protection, it’ll scratched up on the parts that are exposed. I use mine with a Apple wallet.

Yeah that’s the only thing about these thin cases. They’re definitely not made for protection. I personally don’t really drop my phones or damage them so I’m cool rocking it whenever but most people need a little more in a case to use it daily.

@@PatsTech i've dropped mine a couple times now, I have the crimson version for the iPhone 14 Plus. Definitely doesn't do much for protection at all, but it did save the edges of my phone from getting lil dents in it, and the lens covers did actually save the upper camera the one time it fell on it. I did have to clip a lil strand of the kevlar that started to fray at the top left corner from it rubbing on the concrete a little bit. I had purchased it knowing fully well that it wasn't meant for drop protection, the main selling point for me was just to keep a sleek phone profile for my pocket, and to get rid of the super smooth texture from the glass back that I absolutely hate and cant keep a solid grip on without feeling like I have a death grip on my phone. I'm super excited for when they drop the apple watch cases they're making. Oh and absolutely everyone that has seen my phone has asked about the case and been in love with it aside from the lack of protection part.
