Purchased iphone 14plus, after unboxing it didn’t allow me to make a new apple id because there has been multiple apple ids created on this device. I had to create one on iCloud website and the login on the device. They surely are doing something fishy in sale devices. Though the warranty I got was for 375 days instead of 364 days. Also the iphone box didn’t have the pull tab but just a seal sticker applied by the seller

I thoroughly checked the phone in Apple's official website and also contacted apple support from it and luckily the phone is original and was a brand new which got unlocked on the day I unlocked it. Warranty is 1 years But my concern is that my device is glitchy. The software on my phone seems to be laggy. My wife who bought iphone 13 from offline store has a smooth phone while iphone 14 which I bought from Flipkart on sale is giving problems apart from it being genuine and brand new.

Worst experience with ekart service. I had already mentioned my phone display broken and have some issues with touchpad too on behalf of that I got some value for my old phone from Flipkart at the time of ordering 14 plus but when delivery guy came to deliver then he directly rejected my phone by saying he can not accept the broken screen phone and pay the amount of the phone to get the phone or cancel the order. Even I spoke with Ekart manager and he was very rude on phone. Never ever ordering from Flipkart anymore.
