Few days back, one of my friends visited apple service centre. He told me that he saw 2 people with brand new iphone 16 having some issue in their fone and surprisingly both of them were carrying their fone in Imagine bags 😂. So it doesn’t matter where u buy from. But the thing i feel is that from the day iphone is being assembled in India, i have heard many people facing some or the other problem in their 12,13,15. So definitely hardware quality and longevity has deteriorated a lot over the last few yrs. Although my 13 is still running well. Fingers crossed it continues to serve me this way till the end.😊
