I can shoot 4K at 60 frames per second on old IPhone 8! I find this hard to believe. Have you gone into your settings on camera? I want to upgrade to 14 Pro so I can use my current external microphones I have and save about $350 or more as 15 Pro is currently grand and different power input

The blown out sky, the 24MP standard photos, the ProRes 60fps Log, less sharpness. Everything is basically software based. Only few things also need the better processor. I miss Steve Jobs…

Exactly. I hope there was no confusion about the intro? The "larger sensor" Ozzy talks about in the beginning is one of the big improvements of the iPhone 14 Pro camera system, compared to the one of the iPhone 13 Pro. I think this common misinformation about the iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max having a larger sensor mainly spread because Apple implemented a slightly smaller sensor into its 48mp main camera compared to the pro versions of the 14 and the 15, while everyone thought it would be the one from last years model. 🤷

I for once agree, the 14 pro is much more consistent and the colors are more natural, the 15 pro looks oversaturated even compared to android phones, I guess the only advantage it has is color accuracy in extreme low light scenarios hand held

Upgrading your phone every time a brand release the new gen one isn't really a very smart thing to do specially with flagship phones as they expensive af.... at least use them for the duration of how long the company would support them... They support them for a very long time for a reason, and that is you're supposed to use them for that long not upgrade every time they release a new phone... iPhone hdr was better with older models. Hate the way the skies are handled now, and when shooting trees they come out dark grey rather than brown and green. Always have to edit if you want a representative photo

Personally I have the 14 pro …. I’m waiting for the 16 pro. I would like to see a real improvement in the super wide camera, this camera need an improvement and also I prefer better quality in the 3 cameras that we have instead of adding an x5 … the x3 is not good I almost don’t use it since is a huge difference between the main camera and the x3 ….

I think that iphone 15 pro max is the same version like the 14 pro max . Enyway 14 pro max had the update for the ios 17.1 and it work great. Only differences both them are battary .❤ My favourite is 14 pro max . ❤

Selfie camera is sucky on 15 pro. It makes the picture look dim and not sharp. I hope they can fix that problem with an update. Also I hear the darker the phone the more prominent the scratches outside of phone and it scrapes easily. 😮

I don't expect a revolution from Apple, rather just an evolution. After all, we are talking about smartphones, which have not really changed much since the first iPhone 1 was introduced. So now you exclusively get a new double-glass in little changed optics with a faster processor (since iPhone 1). That many users are shouting hurrah.... I guess that is nerd- or age-related. Innovations The omission of the Steve Jobs mute button is annoying... the multifunction button, I find nonsensical. Such a function could even have been integrated into the volume down button. Thus, a functional unique selling point was killed. The processor stands out due to the 3 nanometer manufacturing, as functions like simultaneous recording with two cameras are supported. Future-oriented for 3D, a nice gimmick. But except for higher speeds in any applications; one should not set expectations too high, I do not expect anything. The 5x optical zoom. Rather too much. Well, I hope the slightly higher light incidence will hopefully compensate for the maximum zoom disadvantage in recordings (video/photo) in poor lighting conditions, so that the recording quality will correspond to the 3x zoom of the iPhone 14 pro. And then I would have had a conversation with the guys about whether titanium and the missing USB port should become a unique selling point of the Ultra and the max stays with 3x camera and USB-C. Then it would have been two great ones. In keeping with the portfolio. USB-C. I already had that in the Windows Phone 950xl. And even with that, I never, ever used the USB-C connector. For image uploading there was OneDrive, for charging a charging cradle. But there was a cable attached to it. And I'm talking about 2015.

Bro, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro can take 12 bit colour depth photo when ProRaw turned on. But iPhone 14 Pro and 15 Pro can only take 10 bit colour depth photo when ProRaw turned on. Why ? I don't have an iPhone, so can anyone please let me know if you turn ProRaw in 12 megapixel instead of 48 megapixel, can it take 12 bit photos ? I'm curious about this because, 12-bit = 68 billion colours. But, 10-bit = 1.07 billion colours. That's a huge difference. If iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro cannot take 12 bit photos, that seems to be a huge downgrade ! ??
