I have seen so many videos and your video is great because everyone on KZbin is showing and comparing color graded videos. Which is not useful for all. Thank you for showing raw videos/non log footages. I am also debating weather do I need it or not ? I am going to use for fashion content creator - shooting reels everyday. Currently using iPhone 14 pro max and sony A7IV. Ready to upgrade to iPhone 16 pro max if its really useful. I want to get rid of a7IV because of all hassle of setting up and importing exporting and setting up. I want something easy and quick to shoot product but with great quality. Specially in some studio light set up iPhone falls apart because it gives weird skin tone. iPhone is best in sunlight. But how is OP3 in compared to iPhone 16 pro max? Do you recommend over iPhone ? Will it be worth purchasing over iPhone 16 pro max?

first I really appreciate the feedback. I love shooting with Iphone, i also had iphone 14 pro max and started to run out of space because of the reels and content i was creating. they kinda go togather, hear me out. the problem using your iphone for content is you gonna have so much work and personal videos in there. if you use osmo you can just take the sd card, buy a sd card reader/adapter to iphone 14 pro max. then you can edit the footage on your phone from the sd card. Or us SSD and put all your videos in there and edit from there in your phone or laptop. now I personally wont let go of the sony. no matter how good iphone and osmo is but they wont have as big of a sensor as the sony. keep your sony. i'll lie to you if i say i saw a HUGE different in the camera between iPhone 14 and iPhone 16. The benefits with Osmo pocket three you can buy ND filters and it's easier to set up and cheap. So every time I buy a new device, I ask myself do I want it? or do I need it? Ask yourself do you want or you need the new iPhone? but it seems like you need the Osmo pocket 3 for your everyday.

@@sargonmedia Sony is going to stay but that I can use for branded content and professional work. But for everyday set up where in some situation iPhone ruins the skin tone specially in studio light at 5400k-5600k. How big of the difference do you notice in iPhone 14 pro max vs OP3 in studio set up - indoor shoot ? Your video showed great comparison in natural sun light. This question is going to be deciding point for me.

I mean I’m very picky I’d probably see some noise at night in the corners of the video but over all would be great for everyday, that’s the osmo

iPhone needs to fix their colors. I guessed it as soon as I saw camera B. It had richer colors and they popped more.

I’m sure the s22 has some good video out of it. But the advantage you have with osmo is just so easy to carry around and get great footage out of it. If you shoot lots of videos it’s good to have if you don’t then just stick to your phone
