Remember when you first learned to drive a car? You began by doing the steps very deliberately, and eventually, they became automatic. Thank you Furious Technology, for teaching your skills! One of the greatest pro/advantage of the apple Iphone4s is that it can also be used by not only the able but also the disabled example the blind..It provides an interface between the users and along side the operations of the OP itself..great invention

if you have a mac you can make ringtones with Garage band. Import a song from iTunes, cut 30 second save and then send to iTunes. Then you can select the 30 second clip as ringtone.

switch on the custom vibration option in accessibility then u vl find vibration for each contact

You can activate that 'vibration thingy' by: Settings> General> Accessibility> And Switch on Custom Vibrations. Than you can follow the same steps as FuriousTechnology Btw. srry for bad english Im Dutch..

Thanks for showing what you've learned. Have you figured out how to transfer video you take with your 4S, onto a macbook pro?, They don't sync. Only photos do. Also, the photos on the phone has a "camera roll" folder and a "photo stream" folder. The video only goes to the camera roll folder. The "photo stream" only contains pictures and this is the only content that automatically up links to iCloud.

you have to enable it in "accessibility" first... (Under the settings > general > Accessibility >Custom vibrations)

You have to goto setings, then goto general, then goto accesablity, then you will see custom hearing, and just switch it on...

I had the same problem. I found it though. If you go to settings and then sounds, scroll down if its not there then on the top of that page it must have been one of the vibration buttons on top. But try the bottom of the page first. like I said I had a hard time finding it also since it was not turned on originaly.

To enable custom vibration the feature, first head to Settings, then General, then Accessibility. Turn on Customized Vibrations, then find a contact and tap "Edit." Scroll down and tap "Vibration," then scroll down and tap "Create New Vibration."

Is the HDR option for the camera new? I thought this tool is pretty cool. It takes multiple shots and automatically chooses the best shot for that picture.

try to reset the phone cause if you have too many apps running in the background- it will slow down the interface time of any app. (all apps running in background can be seen by double touching the bottom button (home) on the front face of the phone) Easy way to reset is to touch both power button and the home button and restart the phone- takes a few minutes- but you'll see the phone work and run much faster- do this at least once a week or more if you add/delete alot of programs

When you sinc your fone to Itunes where it says your phone name click on it then at the top it says photos click on that the you can select a folder of photos to sync them to your phone

I like the new editing feature the phone has , but if u transfer the edited picture to a personal album besides the phones, the picture will resume to the original stage. Is there a way to keep and save the edited picture and transfer it to another album?

Well, gee...it's nice to know that people are so critical of the video of things that don't even freaking matter. Does anyone else have this phone that they could add some USEFUL hints/tips? I've never owned an Apple anything and am looking at purchasing this phone. Any caveats? What about memory storage? Does this require purchase of SD cards? Thank you.

Q about Hotmail: someone I know has an iP4 (on iOS6 now). When he deletes his emails on Hotmail, he then has to separately delete them from his account (using his laptop). Seems he may only be deleting copies - perhaps they are not synced. Anything he can do?
