Beeindruckend wie immer: Ein Vorschlag: Nehmt in Euer Reparaturprogramm das Extra "Autogramm von Ben" auf. Also ein Autogramm mit dem Lackstift auf den Akku. Wäre für mich ein echtes Entscheidungskriterium, wenn bei meinen iPhones die Akkus schlapp machen. (Natürlich nur, wenn die Akkuwechsel nicht vom Azubi gemacht werden, der dann ein "Ben" auf die Zelle kritzelt.) :-)
