$300-$400 better off buying a new phone in 6 months to 1 yr u do a software update the same thing will happen again. Best advice switch to android to avoid this problem.

@@homeless2995 yeah I was at the apple store today my iPhone 7 isn’t fixable the apple rep told me it’s a hardware problem that apple no longer has the software updates to fix it it’s too old iPhone 7 and apple doesn’t keep software updates from that far back. She did a factory reset to see if maybe the speaker and the outgoing calls and incoming calls will work it still didn’t work after doing the factory reset so she just put back all the stuff back onto my iPhone 7 from iCloud. I can still text and email and take photos and use my data but I just can’t make outgoing calls or receive calls or check my voice mail message. I haven’t bought a new iPhone yet because I want to decide which one to get? Apple are a bunch of scams they purposely put bugs into the iOS software updates to mess up old iPhones so they force u to buy a new iPhone fucking crooks lol. I should jump ship and buy Samsung galaxy lol. But I Google Samsung has their bs also battery draining and overheating bs. If we want to use a cell we forced to buy from these crooks who make us keep buying these expensive iPhones against our will . Lol 🤬🖕
