If your phone is detected by computer, then follow the instructions given by the software

I put it in the freezer for 30 minutes, did the force restart, saw the apple logo, got to the home screen with iPhone unavailable message then selected erase all. Previously, I never got this far. I think my iPhone was locked for too many login attempts. Thanks for the reply.
