downgradeing 18-17, first i have to download 17.5.1 to pc and then connecting ipone to reboot and do the downgrading prosess am i correct

it works... sadly i had to do it twice and lost all my data the first time because the lightning cable crapped out midway through the first one... luckily all i lost was some texts that werent important... everthing else was backed up..
