Screw rust is general phenomena. Generally rust tests have to be carried out by OEM(APPLE) it's their issue and if apple care service is rejected because of it, then there is no meaning of buying the apple service at extra cost.

If the device is not opened as said in this video, if technician can change just screw without any further noticeable changes, then we can service it in apple service center bro. Else for any repairs or spare changes, we have to continue with third party here after.

Dear Robin! This clearly indicates the screw is not in good quality. Good quality screws will not get oxidised. Oxidation takes place only if the paint peels off. The good screw should not get rusted at any cost and at any time. Please ask Apple to provide good qulaity materials. Please send this feedback to them.
