The only one that I think is iPhone (or rather iOS) specific, is the one for the network signal. And by the way, -108 is some baaad signal. The other ones are GSM codes. Any phone can use them. And as you said, there are a lot more than that. :)

Funny to see that some of the "iPhone codes" also works on a Nokia 3310, Windows phone, android phone and you name any phone. Those are not iPhone codes, those are mostly provider codes. #*31* is universal and we use it in Holland too. The balance codes, yeah not realy an iPhone code because put your sim in a 3310 ( yes the brick ) and it also works. So yeah, not realy iPhone codes but commenly known codes for any phone.
