You forgt to mention the chip you inserted for it to work. This method doesn't work with just straight up regular SIM.

It did the trick for me!! OK. Just in case everyone is having the same issues I was. I spent a couple hours on this again and was about to quit. I just Updated my phone to 12.3.1 - that was the trick! This was for RSIM 14. As soon as I did the update, it worked right away!! So happy!

It seems you need that black sim card to make this process work. I'm already using 12.3.1 but I don't get a to the menu that says "send" to enter ICCID code. In future videos it would be helpful if you slowed down your movements and moved captions to the side.

I already mention on the videos that IOS 12.3.1 have no any option pop up because Apple fix that ICCIC input option by emergency call.So,better use old version to Input ICCID Like IOS 10.3.3 , 12.2 etc.No matter you can use throw unlocked iPhone throw that pup op the ICCID insert menu.Thanks for your comment.If any problem don`t forget to share with us.
