It depends. On 3D Touch devices, anywhere works. On the XR and any of the 11 series, you have to use the spacebar or else it brings up the accented letters.

It is a particular setting in your settings that brings that screen halfway down so if you don’t have that set in your settings it won’t do it

As long as you have cell service it can be used easily. I hear with hearing aids if something is loud enough in absolutely quiet conditions. But phone calls are very hit and miss. I use RTT/TTY A LOT… it’s awesome. There are also IP-TTY services if you are like me and only get signal when you can build a snowman in hell. So yup, awesomeness

Great video cause well it's such a small point but helps me a lot: re the adjusting for the text : I miss miss 3d touch cause I gotta use the tiny space bar on my Xr to do the text adjustor cursor. Now touching the space under the space bar is better due to it being larger.

3:08 if you have a device with 3D Touch you can use it on the tab to see the tab then when you press the tab harder it will open the tab. This is only capable with 3D Touch devices not the newer iPhone models.
