I remember a few months before the X came out, the iPhone 8 was meant to have the X’s design with the notch, camera design etc but cause of Apple’s 10th anniversary which people didn’t expect Apple to make a special iPhone dedicated to that at the time, the iPhone 8 changed to the classic look and the X got the 8’s original expected design. I also remember being mind blown when the iPhone X came out which was already over 6 years ago and I can’t believe it won’t be getting future iOS updates anymore (except for Security)

If it’s hanging and freezing up, that’s a hardware issue. Likely your battery isn’t supporting peak performance. My 8 Plus with the same hardware never hangs. It’s hardly slower than my 11 Pro Max. Thing runs great.

It has a stainless steel frame. It’s still one of the stronger iPhones built. But everyone is aware that the old iPhone 4S is a strong beast. As phones have gotten larger, they have gotten easier to damage. iPads and other tablets are especially bad for this. My iPad Pro 12.9 inch cracked from me laying on it. Currently, the iPhone 6 is the worst iPhone in terms of strength. That’ll problem never change. Apple isn’t going to try and be that cheap ever again.

i still love mine...right size , everything works and i love the x2 optical zoom. i have a iphone 12 for a work phone but i still feel the curved edges on my 10 and feel its the goat. 12 feels like ...no feeling n the camera even thou sharper dosnt have the zoom the x does. i dont know the 10 gets to me..its like the perfect just enough phone with a soul.

I use that , i was in Love with that phone When was launched but i didnt afford it So ,i bought it in 2023 and i use it everyday, it run good and the battery last long decent for me, i play a lot of Games ,like newest On appstore, i have songs downloanded from safari, idid lot of things with that , for me its most nice design iPhone ever. Here with him from the beggining to the end of His life. But he keep on feet strong.

You could pick up a iPhone 11 as a cheap cash phone for about the same price. It will still get support for the next year or so.

iOS 16 will still keep getting security updates so there is no rush to replace it or no danger to keep using it for at least 1 more year. If you still want to buy a new one, I d look at a used/refurbished iPhone 11 Pro.

From what phone? I recommend at least an 11 Pro Max or Pro if you want a smaller phone. But if you could spend a little more, go for a newer one. Keep in mind that with each phone comes an extra year of full software updates. The 11 Pro Max has at least two years. Might be more. Only Apple knows. But even after that, you’ll be able to keep using it until app developers stop supporting it. Which, that runs for another 2 years for most apps.

Yes its 2.39ghz but with 3gb ram hmmm I have a motorla one action 4gb of ram 2.30ghz, playing roblox with that is not 60fps smooth but it is okay as long you lower that graphics your fine. I have the S23 comparison I can play 60fps with no lag at all. roblox require just 4gb of ram and higher ghz will require more then 2.60 or higher, if you wanna play 60fps.

I have zero issues to report with mine. Had it since launch. Original battery and all. It feels slow at times when multitasking with multiple apps open. But I hardly ever run that many. The camera is still extremely good. I’ve compared it to the 14… Barely could tell a difference. Maybe if I zoomed in. Slightly better contrast as well. Nothing more than that. The display looks amazing still. The only thing I noticed is the lack of pro-motion. But I could care less. It is a phone after all and OLED displays still have super good response times. So although it’s 60HZ, it’s a very smooth 60HZ. Built quality is amazing. Has and still holds up. Unless you put a newer phone next to it, it feels extremely modern. It’s when you put something like a 14 Pro Max next to it that it looks slightly smaller.

If you already have an iPhone, get another one. Otherwise you have to learn an entirely new ecosystem. Go for a 12 Pro Max or higher. Do research on prices. If you want the cheap way, the 11 Pro Max at a low price is a good buy. Mine is still snappy enough.

@@NR20244 I have never had that issue. That depends on brightness setting but I have had zero issues with headaches. Maybe an early OLED display caused that for you or a cheap one. I suggest you try one of the OLED phones for a bit. The technology has improved significantly.
