Hi thanks , i by mistak pressed zoom button , then i tried to unzoom but could not , finally screen got frozen and i took to apple store, they did something and told me it will restored after two hours, Two hours have passed still screen shows iphon not available, plz guid , there is no hardware demage , i did recive calls. Message is flashed try after 3 hours

My phone freezes like every few minutes,and it reboots. Sometimes i can use it for a longer time without freezing,but it freezes every 10/15 min and then it shuts down... i really don't know how to fix this
