It had 92% battery health and it had some minor scratches on the screen but those scratches I was able to hide with the screen protector that was in the box and the seller also included a case as well. Love it so much. The seller I got it from was Chubbiestech

It never ceases to amaze me the people that order a renewed iPhone and complain even when they get a way cheaper price and extras included. The reality is if you want pristine condition then buy a new one. The whole point of Amazon renewed is to get a quality phone for less. The second one even came with 100 percent battery health. What more can you ask for? You'll never get an iPhone from Apple with a charger, case and screen protector all for $370.

I just returned an Xs. Everything looked fine, no scratches at all in the front nor back. Problem was the lightning port. Required some force to push the plug in that would damage it after some attempts and rendered the cable unusable. Waiting for my credit to then (may be) continue in my refurbished adventure. Saving some 300 bucks from buying Apple refurbished sounds enticing.
