Have a question, when you take off the adhesive tape at 3:42 ... When you take that think blue tape off of the edges... do we do exactly what you did? Put the blue tape on and then peal it back off?? Or do we leave the thin blue tape on the edges on and put the screen back on with the blue tape on. Thank you.

Cierra I took my camera to have a new back screen replaced, after a while, the camera started to go blurry, you will have to replace the camera as well. it's like if you change one of those parts like the screen, the battery will go as well. so here I am looking for a way to change my camera.

No it won’t you shouldn’t trust the water resistance at the beginning let alone after it’s been opened

I think you forgot to mention SIM removal prior to dis-sasembly (you have SIM reinsertion in your re-assembly steps). Also some guides recommend have < 25% charge in the battery in case of puncture (explosive) when doing work. Excellent guide!

Actually my XR doesn't have a physical SIM

Nicholas Leader yes it does you just didn’t put the sim in all iPhones even locked ones have a sim tray
