@drewnetwork I was hoping you'd say that. Yea, I saw that purple haze on the left and my first thought was how perfect it was to have a purple haze, for free, in an iPhone video. We can put a man on the moon, but what is up with the purple haze in an iPhone video. My guess is it's punishment for not editing with Final Cut Pro. The only editing software with the "Remove Purple Haze" slide in color correction. I just found the app, the phone is last years release, but the app was a freebie.

@DedHedJosh I primarily used the "Gorillacam" App. I used the "Timelapse" App for one sequence. 1 or 2 second intervals only. Then I imported the photos into Photoshop to resize them from 2592 x 1936 (iphone4), to 16 x 9 HD. I resized photos so that they would FILL the screen when viewed. I then imported photos into CS5 Premiere Pro timeline. Slight color correction and sharpen. I sped up the timeline so each individual photo would only be 1/10 of a second long @ 24fps. Export MP4. Helpful??

@805ROADKING Thank you sir. That was about 1500 photos all strung together. Pray that I don't put my family album in a video haha!

@hoooooops That sucks. I used an app called "gorillacam" it was free. I was recently surprised to find I could use it on my last years iphone4.

@cisjohn2616 free app, gorillacam. Easy to use, and really fun. Theres another one called "timelapse". That app actually creates, and exports a movie file of your time lapse right from your iphone. In other words you don't have to do anything with it because the iphone automatically creates a movie. Crazy!

@kookiemoose Great, thank you!! Nice app this Gorillacam and works at my old 2g (iOS 3.1) too! :-) Found yesterday during the search an other app, TiltShiftGen, nice toy too... ^^

It looks nice -- but I was relieved at the final statement -- because I didn't understand the noise, banding, and lack of your traditional slower shutter for night. There's also a kind of purple haze on the left side of the frame -- and I feared for some issue on you 20mm. But -- for consumer anything -- it looks great. Does this new mobile phone have a built in intervalometer, or is that some "app" you had to buy?

How many pics per sec do you have this set on? I use "Timelapse" and I have to say it but I do not get the quality you have here in this...also the smoothness. I love that it creates the movie for you and that you don't have to delete 1,000+ photos off the phone. But I want the quality over the ease of use now. If I could get both that would be even better =) Oh and what did you use to compress the pics into the movie files? I really want mine to look like this.
