Taking away so many useful features from the long range version like the head up display or the automatic trunk opening was the deal breaker for me alongside the NMC battery. I have great doubts that you can travel 500 km with this car and if you constantly charge this battery to 100%, you will soon notice that the charging capacity drops quickly, similar to the Good Cat or other EVs with NMC batteries... With the BYD Seal you can travel around 480 km in Ecco mode if you drive from 100 to 10%. At least the driving assistants seem to be better with the big cat and don't provide as many annoying warning signals as with the BYD Seal
