Say you want to just fix the device and not recover data. Can you just replace both nand and logic eeprom and restore the device . (If old logic eeprom is damaged)

Yes. But after swapped the CPU will need a "universal SN" to activate.

Buying those parts in one set is equal buying another motherboard. So no one offer those separately in these model of iPhone.

yah, i'm having a ground dropped xsmax feel month ago, the screen has broken then i'm going to replace the screen, after installing the new screen everything still oke, so i'm going to install another new screen ( the first screen installed for testing after glass replaced ) then the phone get bootloop, i tried to reflash the firmware and get 9 error code, the eeprom get cracked in a corner, so sad

you have another solution. by sending the eeprom to a special company in china they have tool to read the the eeprom ,from inside with UV , at first decapping ic with laser , in think for 100 dollar maybe more maybe less ,it's depends on the difficulty of the IC

Until today it still cannot be replaced. Especially the model you're speaking. You can say it become a brick. Even you bought a new IC and it won't be working. There are scammers selling those new EEPROM IC.

Logic eeprom chip can be replaced with a virgin chip(new one) i had thesame issue and i ordered from aliexpress, i installed and restore and it came on....

yesterday, when swapping, I chipped the u_eeprom_e angle on the iphone x. I thought it was the end (there will be no network). I soldered it on the programmer-it is not readable and not visible. With a needle, I poked the chip soldered to the programmer into the corner of the chip and IT COUNTED! The dump was re-uploaded to the whole. Probably with a needle he closed the break in graphite between the crystal and the contact leg Вчера при свапе сколол угол u_eeprom_e на iphone x. Думал это конец (не будет сети). Напаял её на программатор-не читается и не видится. Иголкой ткнул в припаянную на программатор микросхему в угол скола и ОНА СЧИТАЛАСЬ! Дамп перезалил в целую. Вероятно иголкой замкнул обрыв в графите между кристалом и ногой контакта.
