You should open silver first to unlock all the uncommon and rares, then you open gold packs and you'll only get ultra rares and legendaries. Level has nothing to do with what you get in packs, also Greenskull shouldn't 1v1 Pingy because Greenskull is terrible at the game

The magnum has faster weapon handling and slightly faster sprint speed. You can "quickdraw" with it after sprinting and also pop off shots at close range a little faster than most guns. +Pingy hey man, this isnt a big deal or anything but if you're using the elgato hd60 you should be gettting 60fps, but the problem is, what ever editing software you are using is creating the movie file in 30 fps this tends to be the problem for most people. Otherwise; you did mention that you needed better setup so if its to do with that then.... hope this helped in some shape or form
