I agree on the part that IPL has too many matches and that too on daily basis, so you just keep your focus on most of the matches. Best would be that every team plays 7-8 matches and the series is short but interesting.

Not sure if you guys have watched the EPIC 2019 IPL between MI vs CSK. Also, the 2017 IPL final between MI vs Gujarat Lions (Dhoni captain). Bhaijaan BP patient na dekhe toh behtar hai, rollercoaster ride hai woh dono final. Last ball finish. Proper final wali feeling. Kahin online mil jaaye toh jarur dekhna, shayad IPL ke website pe hi aa gayi hongi. Anyway, the whole world agrees that this was the most boring Final ever, but SRH choked toh kya kar sakte hain.

Matches in IPL is already cutdown .If every team plays each other twice it will be 18 matches in league stage but they play 14 each .Plus franchise league success is based on the basis of local fanbases created .I am from Lucknow and I only watch lsg matches ,plus marquee matches or few matches on weekends .EPL season has 380 games ,NBA season has over 1000 ,even though IPL has less than 80 games but still u cannot watch it over 2 months regularly.That's why as a fan u cater to your own team matches .But if u r a sports journo ,u need to watch most of the games to put up your analysis which states your Professional capacity.
